Shipping

We ship across India.

Delivery is charged at a flat ₹99 per order. The figure you see in your basket is the figure you pay — every total is recomputed on our own server, and nothing your browser sends decides what anything costs.

Despatch

Orders are despatched from our facility once payment has cleared. You will get a despatch note by email with the courier and a tracking reference when your parcel leaves us.

If something in your order is unexpectedly out of stock we will tell you rather than quietly part-shipping it.

If a parcel is damaged or does not arrive

Tell us, with your order number and a photograph if the box arrived damaged. We will take it up with the courier — that is our job, not yours.

Do not sign for a parcel that is visibly damaged if you can avoid it; refusing it makes the claim simpler for everybody.
